Registration Fee:

RM200 for MINDS and MOSTA members (per person)

RM500 for non-members

Fee covers course materials, certificate of attendance and meals. Registration will be on first come first serve basis. Payment is required for confirmation of registration.

Payment:

All cheques are to be made payable to “Persatuan Rekacipta dan Rekabentuk Malaysia” before the Workshop. For direct bank-in (MBB 5-14057-63686-1), deposit slip with names of participants must be faxed to Secretariat as proof of payment.

Closing date: 3 September 2018

Cancellation: There will be no refund of the registration fee if cancellation is made after the closing date. Substitutes are allowed but the Secretariat would appreciate prior notification by 13 September 2018.

Reservation:

The Society reserves the right to make changes to the speaker, date, including cancellation of the Workshop if warranted by circumstances beyond its control.
